The National Service Training Program (NSTP) at Northern Quezon College, Inc. (NQCI) develops students' civic consciousness and social responsibility, equipping them with skills for meaningful contributions to nation-building. Through its three components—Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC), Literacy Training Service (LTS), and Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS)—NQCI fosters leadership, teamwork, and volunteerism, empowering students to address societal challenges and promote community development.
