Accounting

  • How much is your tuition fee?

    The tuition fee depends upon the number of units enrolled and the degree or program of your choice. The cost per unit for BEED, BSED, Prof Ed, and BSBA is PHP 314.00; for BS Criminology, it is PHP 400.00; and for Graduate School, it is PHP 450.00.

  • What are your payment schemes?

    You have two options: you can make a one-time payment upon enrollment with an 8% discount on tuition fees, or you may opt to pay on an installment basis, which can be divided into four and is immediately due on or before the examination.

  • How much is my outstanding obligation?

    You may check your outstanding balance on our Student Portal under Payments and Balances. Just login with your account or register using your student number if you don't have one yet.

  • What are your payment channels?
    You can visit our office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or you can pay through the following payment centers:

Guidance and Scholarship

  • What are the services?
    • Individual Inventory

      When the student is admitted and enrolled, they become the concern of the administrator, faculty, guidance counselor, and other school personnel. The Individual Inventory service is designed to enable school personnel to have an awareness of each student's personality, behavior, academic performance, and personal growth.

    • Orientation

      The orientation service is designed primarily to address the special needs of students and parents. The orientation service needs to be reminded of the existing school policies and regulations.

    • Counseling Service

      Counseling is the heart of the guidance office. This service is given on an individual or group basis according to the needs of the students. There is an effective counseling service through which the student is helped to understand himself or herself in relation to his or her unique and developing world. Individual and/or group intervention is designed to facilitate positive change in student behavior, feelings, and attitudes.

    • Testing Services

      The administration and interpretation of standardized tests are necessary to better understand the counselee or client and their behavior. It identifies not just the weaknesses of students but also their strengths and measures an individual's performance at a specific time.

    • Career Guidance

      It assists in the career development and career counseling of its students. There are students who take up a course that is what their parents like. Some students take up a course because they like it or find it nice, only to find out later that they do not have the aptitude or interest for it. To help alleviate the problems of misplacement, shifting, discontentment in one's chosen field, and, at worst, discontinuance, the guidance office provides a career guidance service.

    • Follow-up

      Systematic monitoring to determine the effectiveness of guidance activities in general and placement in particular.

    • Referral

      Refers to coordination with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists to ensure the special needs of students are met.

    • Issuance of Documents

      It is the responsibility of the Guidance Counseling and Scholarship Department to issue documents upon request of the students or appropriate institution.

    • Scholarship Programs

      Students with better potential could benefit more from the educational program. We have maintained a reputation for providing quality education, and one way of doing this is to offer scholarships and financial assistance.

  • How can I avail counseling?

    To avail of online or onsite counseling, fill out the Individual Registration Form (for counseling) via Google Form or visit the GCSD Office.

  • What are the Scholarships offered by NQCI?
    • Academic Scholarship

      A scholarship grant is awarded to students of NQCI who meet the required General Weighted Average (GWA) and shall not violate the terms and conditions under the scholarship agreement.

    • Board of Trustees (BOT) Scholarship

      Every member of the Board of Trustees is entitled to select one (1) student freshman who will be free or exempt from paying the required tuition and miscellaneous fees until the last school year term at NQCI. The institution will subsidize the said scholarship.

    • Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)

      CHED - Tulong Dunong is hosted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Philippines. This scholarship is available to undergraduate students who want to pursue undergraduate studies in any field and at any institution. The CHED-Tulong Dunong Scholarship Philippines is open to all local high school graduates who want to enroll in any college.

    • Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)

      The TES is a grant-in-aid of the government that supports the cost of tertiary education for Filipino students who enroll in the first undergraduate-post-secondary program in state universities (SUCs) and colleges, local universities (LUCs), private higher education institutions (HEIs), and technical-vocational institutions (TVs).

    • Other Government and Non-Government Scholarship/Financial Assistance Programs

      The processing and choosing of qualified applicants under these scholarship and/or financial assistance programs will be determined by the following sponsors:
